If you are having problems activating the HighSpeedThai product it is likely
that there is some kind of anti-spyware, firewall, or antivirus software on
your computer blocking the download process. Please follow the steps below if
you are having troubles activating the product.

Disable any antivirus / anti-spyware / firewall that you have running.

Ensure that you have a recent version of Internet Explorer. The latest version
can be downloaded from here :

Ensure that you have a recent version of Microsoft Media Player. This can be
downloaded from here :
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/

Next, we need to clear out any old corrupted licenses that may be present. To
do this we need to browse to the folder c:\documents and settings\All
users\DRM. (If you are having troubles getting to this folder, you will need to
set your computer to display hidden files. To do this: Open ‘My computer’, and
at the top of the screen click on ‘Tools’ and then ‘Folder options’. Now click
on the view tab. You now need to check ‘Show hidden files and folders’ and
uncheck ‘Hide protected operating system files’. Click ‘Apply’ and then ‘Ok’.)

To delete any corrupted licenses and force your computer to re-install the DRM
plug-in, we need to delete the contents of the c:\doccuments and settings\All
users\DRM folder. If you have downloaded licenses for any other products,
please back up the files in this folder before you delete them. To do this,
simply move them to another folder on your computer.

You should now be able to download the license for the HighSpeedThai product.
To start the download process, open the ‘Download License.wma’ file in
Microsoft’s Media Player. This file is located in the download license folder.

You may be prompted to update your media player, if you are, please press ok to
do this.

Next you will be presented with a webpage asking for your username, password
and activation code. Please enter these details.

Once you have done this, you may get a script error. This happens when your
browser does not have the correct plug-in installed. Please press ok to this
script error. You should now see a message towards the top of the window asking
you if you want to download the plug in. Click the message to install the
plug-in.

You should now see a message saying ‘Success! Click here to download your
license’. Please click this and press play at the bottom of the screen.
